Initial consultation
|
| |
|
| |
The initial consultation is
an information-gathering
exercise which sees a
representative of Pakamedia
Grafik meeting with the
client to gain an
understanding of their
company, its market, its
vision for the future and
the things that make it
unique. |
| |
|
|
2. |
Authorisation to commence
|
| |
|
| |
Upon giving consideration to
your individual
requirements, we will
respond with an estimate
based on the information
gathered previously. We
require you to sign the
‘commencement agreement’ and
fax it back to us. |
| |
|
|
3. |
Development of drafts |
| |
|
| |
|
The first stage in
the development, is
to let as many ideas
and concepts loose
as possible. This
will entail our
designers laying out
multiple designs on
‘paper’ in varying
styles and colours
to achieve a broad
range of
possibilities from
which to refine.
After sorting
through the drafts
that have potential
and the ones that
don’t, we will then
present
approximately three
different options to
you for your
consideration.
|
|
| |
|
|
4. |
Refinement of drafts |
| |
|
| |
This stage offers you the
opportunity to tell us what
you like and what you don’t.
There may be aspects of one
or two drafts that appeal
and may be refined further,
or combined to create a new
draft. It is now that you
will start forming a
definite idea of the
direction you want to take
it – the main aim of this
stage is to define that
direction. |
| |
|
|
5. |
Selection of final logo |
| |
|
| |
After refining the initial
drafts, it is now time to
concentrate it down to one
design. This final design
may be selected directly
from a draft, or it might
incorporate aspects from
several of the drafts. |
| |
|
|
6. |
Refinement of final logo
|
| |
|
| |
Our designers will now
‘tweak’ the final design,
paying attention to any
aspects that weren’t quite
right or needed further
refinement. Now is also the
time to finalise colour
choices. |
| |
|
|
7. |
Approval of final design |
| |
|
| |
It may take two or three
further “back-and-forth’s”
between ourselves and
yourself to finalise the
final single design, but
eventually we will arrive at
the finished product, from
which we will require
approval to finalise the
project. |
